Your content

You retain your rights to your videos and other submitted content. You authorize halfwave and its service providers to process that content as needed to perform the operations you request. Only submit material you have the rights and necessary consent to use. Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content or interfere with another person’s access or privacy.

Editing and AI

Editing requires a working internet connection and an available processing service. AI output can contain transcription or editing mistakes. Preview results before sharing and check that the output is suitable for your purpose. Scheduled work may be delayed by availability, usage limits or provider failures. Keep a separate copy of important originals.

Subscriptions

Available plans, billing periods, usage allowances and local prices appear before purchase. The store confirmation shows the final terms. Payment is charged through your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel according to the store’s rules. Manage or cancel renewals in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app or account does not cancel billing. Restore purchases in the app using the store account used to purchase. Refund requests follow the applicable store’s process and consumer rights.

Account and privacy

Keep access to your account secure. You can request permanent deletion from your account screen. The Privacy Policy explains processing, retention and deletion. Use is subject to applicable law and the rights granted under Apple’s standard agreement for iOS.

Support and changes

We may update the app to fix problems or change functionality. Material subscription or data-use changes will be disclosed before they take effect where required. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
