For halfwave help, email jpgordon00@gmail.com. Include your app version, device model and the error message. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.

A video did not finish

Check your connection and the edit’s status in Cuts. Keep the original video so you can try again. For a scheduled job, check the scheduled time and that your subscription is active.

Purchases and billing

Use Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google account used to buy the plan. Manage renewals through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting halfwave does not cancel your subscription.

Delete your account

Open your account in the app, select Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. Wait for current uploads and edits to finish first. Your access is disabled when the request is accepted, and deletion is retried if a provider is unavailable. If you cannot sign in or cleanup appears unfinished, contact support from your account email.
